Our names are Madonna Jean and Eugene Bruns and our email is gnjbruns@gmail.com! We purchased a 2021 Envision on Friday the 10th from Tyler! We discussed your price and what I hoped to get for my trade and settled on a price! He sent us to the finance dept., and after declining any insurance package offer, we"re asked to sign the purchase order and found out $799 and $299 charges were added?
