I arrived at 8 am on a frigid and snow covered day - no small feat in a '13 370Z Roadster. Both of the young ladies at the desks in the service area were very pleasant. After writing up my work request - ester oil change and check for a nail in a tire - I was taken into the waiting area and shown the coffee. I found a table to set up my laptop. Time was quite reasonable considering the nail in the tire, which was, of course, repaired as per my request. Price for the work was also quite reasonable. Of course I'd have been happy paying less, but considering that I insist upon using ester oil, I can hardly complain. I was able to talk to the technician. He explained a question that I had. (I do love this car!) I would not hesitate to recommend Andy Mohr Nissan Avon to friends and family. My wife, who has a '13 Rogue, is also quite happy with the service she has received. We'll both be back as needed. More

From the moment I walked in the dealership I was given A1 service. He opened the door and immediately asked me what brought me in and I told him. He went to the back and talked to his manager and within 20minutes he returned to complete the sale. Within 30 minutes we came up with the perfect trade for my lease purchase. I contacted this dealership to purchase a car. I have good credit and did the pre approval, spoke to them on the phone, expressed that I don't want to waste anyone's time coming out there if the transact good credit and did the pre approval, spoke to them on the phone, expressed that I don't want to waste anyone's time coming out there if the transaction isn't going to go through. After arriving at the dealership, I said the same thing, if I can't get financed this is all pointless. I was assured they could "get it done" I test drove the car and spent over 4 hours there I was told that I can't get the car because the car I wanted was a bit older and the miles were a bit over 50, 000. The finance guy (whom I will not name) basically said he wont sell it even with $3000 cash down because the dealer fees to the bank was to high. That isn't my problem, I'm a customer and the deal fees should not affect me getting a car or not. Sorry Pat but I'll see that same car at the auction soon because you lost a sale and a customer all at the same time. More
I purchased a car from this dealership. When I went to get the pay for the car they were very willing to take the money. After I paid for the car they could not find it. Once they found it I got into the car and the check engine light was on. I was told that it then needed gas that is why the light was on. I guess they thought I was a fool. They put some gas in it and I was told the light would go off. I drove 1200 miles and guess what the light is still on. I drove away from the dealership and realized there was no temp license plate on the car so I had to go back to get one. I would never purchase a car there again. Very disorganized and I was made to feel like I had no idea what I was talking about when it came to the check engine light. They said there was no one there to see why the light was on. I was relocating out of state and I had to leave the following day. So $200 later there was a reason for the light other than the gas was low. More
AMN in AVON is HORRIBLE. She constantly tried to have them charged me for stuff covered by my maintenance plan. LISA has a huge stick up her butt, always talking about how SHE has the AUTHORITY to do this or do that, she is JUST a service rep. She is NOT the GM or manger. She IS FULL OF HERSELF! SHE is JUST RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY FROM AMN-AVON! AGAIN, THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM AMN-AVON!! More
Very coutreous and accommodating staff. Went in to have my trunk looked at with an appointment. Mentioned I was due for an oil change and needed to schedule an appointment for that.
