Update: Much Improved Customer Service Experience Today I completed an earlier review about my buying experience at this location 2 weeks ago and I felt it necessary to update the review with the positive e I completed an earlier review about my buying experience at this location 2 weeks ago and I felt it necessary to update the review with the positive experience that I had today. Mind you the previous review that I completed was accurate; however, I do have to acknowledge the superb customer service experience that I had today. I returned to pick up the owners manual and speak to the finance manager and the overall experience was professional and polite. I also felt it necessary to acknowledge that the dealership went above and beyond their normal finance and bargaining practices to offer me a fantastic and unbeatable deal on my car when I purchased the lease a few weeks back. So I do thank the general manager, Tommy and Kyle for working so diligently on my behalf on that day. It is also worth mentioning that today Tommy and sales associate Paul Lindauer were professional, knowledgeable and patient at taking car of me today; it was much appreciated and duly noted. After my experience today, I felt completely comfortable recommending this dealership to others. I would recommend working with Paul Lindauer and Kyle as your sales associate, but always ask for the details to what you agreed upon in writing or have them verbalize it before signing any binding documents. More
