We then get a call that the wheel bearings in the front need to be replaced and will cost us $1500.00!!! WHAT...are you kidding me!!! Now by all means I am no Mechanic. But I've done some research and it my understanding that this is not something that "just happens"...that wheel bearings are meant to last the lifetime of the car. Now I'm not an unrealistic, I get that the car was used and it is a 2009 so yes it has years of wear and tare. But I also know that within the 8 months that I've owned it I was driving to work and back only...no long trips or beating on my car. So I find it very hard to believe that when this car was sold to me that these Mechanics didn't see this coming as a potential problem in the near future and maybe didn't want to fix it but sell it "as is" and leave it for the next owners problem and expense. We expressed how we feel to this dealership and pointed out the fact that we've only had this car for 8 months and all they are willing to do is take $100.00 off (which is a coupon they offer anyone who spends over $1000.00) and gave us a 1-800 number to call as there is nothing else they can do for us. So we play nice and call this 1-800 number and tell our story and were told that again there is nothing they can do but if it happens on the "new" parts that they will pay for any replacements needed. Really?? Wouldn't those parts come with a warranty anyways?? So your really trying to make it sound like you doing something for us but your not! Why don't you pay half my bill seeing as it was clearly sold to me this way. I'm disgusted and disappointed that the only thing this dealership can say in defense is that "technically " we bought is "as is" and question us why we didn't buy an extended warranty! Will never purchase a car from this place again! So thank you Toyota Andrews for nothing!!!! UPDATE 07/08/2014 The dealership further reviewed out situation and decided to take off close to $500 off our bill! Very please with the outcome and car is running like new!! :) More

I purcahsed my vehicle in Chicago as a favor to a good friend, as the Chicago dealership's owner was a college roomate who assured me I was getting an "outstanding deal" because of his friendship with my friend as well as the fact I put 90% of the purchase price in cash. While I still believe I got a "good" deal from "the roomate's dealership," I couldn't help noticing the BASE STICKER PRICE of a 2013 RAV4 here in Andrew's Toyota dealership was lower than the supposedly "outstanding deal" I received in Chicago despite all of the realtive advantages I enjoyed as a new vehicle purchaser (I noticed this "pricing anamoly" while waiting to have my vehicle serviced here at Andrew Toyota). Andrew's Toyota Dealership also priced its similarly equipped RAV4 a significantly lower than the other 4 Toyota Dealers visited here in Milwaukee as I compared and test drove various Toyotas and RAV4 models prior to purhasing mine in Chicago, and from what I've seen while looking a t the new Toyota models at Andrews during my servicings, Andrew's salespeople are far more curteous and knowledgeable that those I dealt with at all the other dealerships. While I now regret not making my initial purchase here at Andrew Toyota, I'm just grateful I chose it to service my RAV4 here after canvassing a number of my friends, who ALL recommended Andrew Toyota's service department. While I previously owned an Acura 3.2 TL and received exceAcurallent service at a top-notch Acura delaership here in Milwaukee (Acura of Brookfield), the service I've received from Allen Good here at Andrew Toyota is THE BEST I've ever received at any other m a servicing center (I'm 52 years old and have owned and have now owned 4 different new vehicles purchased and serviced at other dealers and service centers since I was 16). Allen is obviously a skilled, experienced and knowledgeable about servicing my RAV4, but what differentiates him from everyone I've worked with over the years is his always pleasant demeanor (I'm not sure what they fill the water cooler with out on the service floor, but I'd imagine Prozac or similarsubstance is among its ingredients), the fact he goes out of is way regardless of how busy he is to explain what every servicing entails, as well as teaching me more about the various features I had no idea my RAV4 is equipped with and helped me testout of "auto servicing and scheduling 101" without me even noticing he was doing so. In sum, I'm now an Andrew Toyota client for life and will buy and have every new car I purchase here serviced by Allen. Allen Good handled my appointment beautifully. He called back from my messages. It was all very efficient for me, even though it looked like the service area got backed up when I came on 4-11-13 around 11: back from my messages. The woman who processed the payment was very nice & efficient. Only little glitch is that my oil change card didn't get punched, but I will ask for that when I come next time. Working with the entire team was a great experience. It started with us bringing in our old vehicle for service. Janel Nelson treated us very well during the sales experience. She was kind, polite, accomodating, and helped us feel comfortable with not needing to shop at any other dealerships and with our purchase.
