I didn't ask to not have it washed. In the past it has always been washed (without me asking), and if service went longer than expected they've asked if I still wanted to wait to have it washed. It didn't dawn on me till after I got home, but it would have been nice to have all the snowy mess washed off. THANKS! Matt More

flat tire replacement Even though it looked like the shop was really busy that day, Dan did a great job of getting me in and out quickly to replace a flat tire. When I was told to cash out, I asked the cashier to indicate I requested to use my service dollars on my oil change.The technician told me I had $23. Her response again was credit or cash. I asked a technician on the way out to review my bill and he informed me that they forgot to put it on the bill. Maybe next time. More
