part needs to be reordered I called about my scion xa air bag recall and was told they needed to order the part and it would take 4 hours for the procedure. I made the appointm I called about my scion xa air bag recall and was told they needed to order the part and it would take 4 hours for the procedure. I made the appointment and arranged my schedule to accommodate the four hours. On the day of my appointment (a week ago) I brought the car in and left with a friend to run errands. An hour and a half later I got a call saying that the recall part was wrong and it would have to be reordered. I returned to pick up the car and was further told that I had a leak in my water hose and that I might expect to have the car overheat. I was advised that if that happened I should stop the car and call AAA to have the car towed in. With that they let me go on my very apprehensive way. I asked when we might expect the new part to arrive I was told to call sometime this coming week and that at that time I could make a new appointment to address the recall and the water hose. ALSO...I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Andrews since 2005, settling my bills with a personal, local (Mequon) check AND NOW am informed that in the future I can only use cash or a credit card. I find this insulting and inconvenient. It seems to me that things have gone downhill recently and if not improved in my next visit I will be looking at purchasing another brand and switching to a different service center. More
