Communication is needed Service was fine as it always is. My communication issue comes from the note I wrote as the appt was made online. I noted that I needed 100,000 mile service and also needed emissions test. I received a number of texts and an email reminding me of my appt, but I was NEVER informed you did not do emissions testing in all the appt reminders. I found out when I brought car in for service. It would have been nice to have known this so I could have made arrangements somewhere else to have it done. Thanks More
