An unusual tragedy of errors There were a number of different things that went wrong with this visit. The shuttle service picked me up on time, but then had three additional pic There were a number of different things that went wrong with this visit. The shuttle service picked me up on time, but then had three additional pickups to do before returning to the dealership, so it took over an hour to get there. I had a number of different coupons, and both Lena and Dan said they would apply the one with the largest discount ($65), but they applied the smallest ($15) one instead. Because the shuttle took so long, I didn’t have time to ask an advisor to fix that problem. Finally, both Lena and Dan said they would have the complimentary car wash done, but the car had not been washed when I got it back. More

Surprised I have had a Toyota since 2007 and have had the opportunity to be at many Toyota dealerships. This one was my favorite in Milwaukee, but is losing poi I have had a Toyota since 2007 and have had the opportunity to be at many Toyota dealerships. This one was my favorite in Milwaukee, but is losing points fast. I don't ever take the time to file a complaint but there were just too many things I didn't like during my last visit. 1. I now have to ask to get a wash, which I found out when going to get the car, so I asked for a wash the consultant (very professional) asked the person who brought my car out for me to wash it and the driver said to the consultant -"do you know how long that will take" as if to say he didn't have time, he said that right in front of me and then took my car to wash it. I don't want to feel like my car is a pain for someone and I sure did, and the car was dripping wet when they gave it back to me, not dried in the least. 2. I left my car there all day, so a shuttle picked me up, the driver was playing a religious radio station, which is not okay, with customers in the car. The driver was plenty nice, but it made me very uncomfortable. 3. When I went to the billing desk to get the paperwork, the lady who assisted was so unprofessional -I am not allowed to post the details on this site, because of the site's policy. Again I felt very uncomfortable. More

Andrew makes it right..... I hope I brought my car in for an O2 sensor replacement and was told I needed a front end alignment also. It turns out this was a totally unnecessary repair, I brought my car in for an O2 sensor replacement and was told I needed a front end alignment also. It turns out this was a totally unnecessary repair, I was upsold. Shortly after filling out the on line review Allen Good phoned me and said that Andrew would make it good and take the cost of the wheel alignment off my bill. I haven't received my credit card statement yet to see if it was done. If it was done as promised I'll continue to get my service work done at Andrew if not, they have lost a repeat customer who won't be shy about sharing his experience. More
