I am a regular customer of Andrew Chevrolet. Most times my experiences are satisfactory. This time it was unsatisfactory. They place the new sticker NEXT to the old sticker. So when I got in the car I had two stickers on my windshield. More

Ian saw me unsure of how to use the charger and came outside in the cold and not only helped me out but stayed outside for quite a while answering questions I had about EVs and offering tips / insight on numerous aspects of EVs, charging, etc. Very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help out even for someone who was not an Andrew customer.
