Lack of attentive customer focused service Everytime I come there I get no direction as to which service counter to go to. This time I stood in the garage waiting for someone to motion me to Everytime I come there I get no direction as to which service counter to go to. This time I stood in the garage waiting for someone to motion me to come over until I finally just approached the counter that had a sign on it for Oil changes. After my oil change was done, I had to ask for my car to be washed after my keys were brought to the cashier for me to pay for the service. The cashier was clueless if they were washing cars that day I had to ask her if she could find out after her response was simply "i don't know". She should have instead said "let me find out for you"; not I don't know. I then asked the person who brought my keys to the cashier and he basically responded the same way. I've been a loyal customer to the Andrew group for 20 years and the service department underwhelms me every time; most recently in the last 5 years. Customer care and courteous are areas that your staff need training in. No one appears to be in charge or seems to have the patience or time to be helpful. If you are looking for a high score on likelihood to recommend, much work is needed in your service department. You have the customer focus in sales. I choose to have my vehicle serviced at Andrew so that you have record of everything when I see the need to upgrade. I also go out of my way passing many other dealerships hoping that one day Andrew Chevrolet service department will wow me for once. I don't get the welcoming feeling I use to get many years ago. I don't know what is happening but something needs to change or I will have to take my business elsewhere. More
