Went in for an estimate for some body work. I worked with Gina who was very knowledgeable and efficient. I accepted the estimate and they were able to start on my car that day. The total length I worked with Gina who was very knowledgeable and efficient. I accepted the estimate and they were able to start on my car that day. The total length of time for my repairs was anticipated to be 2 days. Sure enough, I was called after 2 days to schedule a pickup. The repairs exceeded my expectation and the checkout was fast and I was on my way. All was good and I was very pleased with the entire experience. More

Safe and comfortable but???? I was disappointed that I did not get my truck washed. If Covid 19 didn't stop you from opening and receiving my money then I should have received th I was disappointed that I did not get my truck washed. If Covid 19 didn't stop you from opening and receiving my money then I should have received the same service I usually receive. The amount of my service needed didn't change so therefore my casual services should not have changed. It is a lame excuse to me but it lessens the quality of service. I don't care what they say about "COVID" NOT VALID ENOUGH FOR ME TO NOT WASH MY CAR BUT GET IN IT TO DO THE OIL CHANGE. I may as well went to one of the stations that you pull in and sit in your car while they are underneath it changing your oil. More

Every car my mom has owned she has purchased it from Oscar at Andrew, and now I know why, they treat you as family, I bought my car in for a oil change but, apparently when they opened the hood some kin Oscar at Andrew, and now I know why, they treat you as family, I bought my car in for a oil change but, apparently when they opened the hood some kind if the animal had started building a nest on top of my engine, not only did they clean my car out Sergy told me to go to Home Depot and ask for some spray to put under my good so the animal won't return to the scent, I am so thankful, I have never heard of that happening before so THANK YOU Andrew Chevrolet ❤️❤️ More

Service was very good. Minimum waiting time. The inspection found an additional issue and they were able to take care of everything the sa I needed some routine maintenance things taken care of.
