I've been an Andrew Toyota customer for a long time. Had great experiences with the service team. They talked with you before hand, came to see you after and told you everything they checked out on the car and to see if I had any questions. Then would take me to the cashier and tell me where my car was. I was just told my car is done and go to cashier. With this service not sure what they even checked. Before I went to the waiting room I asked another gentleman that my air pressure sign keeps coming on. He went over and checked it. Nit sure if due to the weather but he said everyone's low and they won't fill it up. I know it's a different dealership but figured with the same owner some things would be the same. Walked away saying I guess it's just different. Had to ask where my car would be for me to get after the appointment. Not a problem if where you keep it but was nervous putting my infant in the car with snow and ice being on the slope. I'm younger but I would thing older people may wipe out. Was happy to know I would at least come out to a washed car but that also wasn't done. If things are just done differently that would be good to hear or if the car wash was broken. Like I said. Nice people but feel customer service was different at the same dealership owned by Andrew. Hope it was just an off day and things are similiar with both dealerships. Thank you. Nikita Manteau More

Totally inept car dealer!!! Would not recommend EVER! I filled out an on-line form inquiring about a vehicle for sale asking if it was still available. I did this because we live an hour and a half away I filled out an on-line form inquiring about a vehicle for sale asking if it was still available. I did this because we live an hour and a half away and did not want to make the trip for nothing. I got a phone call call from a person (Abraham) who supposedly should be in the know and he said Yes, the vehicle is still available and when would we like to come. I told him we would be leaving within the hour. He said to ask for Abraham or Leon when we got there. When we got there, a different salesman (James) greeted us and sort of "took over". After giving him some personal info, he went to talk to someone and when he came back he said: "Well, I have bad new and good news. The bad new is that vehicle was sold yesterday. The good news is we have some similar vehicles". Well, they didn't have any similar vehicles and I told they didn't because I already searched on-line. He halfheartedly apologized and said he would talk to his manager and Abraham - which I'll bet he never did...or never will for that matter. I would never even consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They don't even deserve a one-star rating but I can't go any lower. I would give them a MINUS 5-Star rating if possible. More

Faith Restored in At Least One Dealership! Thanks Lucas! I was looking for a Honda Odyssey to replace our previous. Never thought I would find it at a Chevy dealership. Found a listing that peaked my inter I was looking for a Honda Odyssey to replace our previous. Never thought I would find it at a Chevy dealership. Found a listing that peaked my interest on the Autolist app on my phone. Inquired about it and received a call from Lucas Musil. Super friendly guy, not "salesman-esque" like I was expecting so we gave it a shot. Showed up on a Saturday morning to look at the 2008 Honda Odyssey that he had received as a trade in not even 2 days previous. It was still being detailed off-site. Lucas insisted on driving us over there to check out the van to see if we even wanted to put more time into the process. Great start to the day. He hung in there with us all through the day while we decided on the purchase and worked our way through finance. He was never impatient nor pushy with us, loved that! He was great even with our energy-ball 8 year old son...put him to work, chatted with him and found things for him to do. In my book, above and beyond Lucas! We ended up buying the perfect vehicle for our needs and Lucas was along for the ride all the way. He was right when he said that "he wasn't there to sell us a car, but to help us buy a car". Thank you Lucas! You DEFINITELY earned this 5 star and I don't give them out willy nilly. P.S. If it were up to Jackson, this would be TWELVE stars! Darn Google! :o) More
