I brought my SRX in a few weeks ago with AC issues, and they reappeared 2 weeks later. I wasn't aware that dye was loaded into the system. When I returned it to the shop was informed my condenser had a hol they reappeared 2 weeks later. I wasn't aware that dye was loaded into the system. When I returned it to the shop was informed my condenser had a hole in it. The issue was resolved, and the natural irritation of a second trip to fix the problem was eased by the determination and helpful attitude of my service advisor Erin O'Keefe. More

Picked my car up and the next morning I noticed a nail in my back tire. I’m sure it happened where they parked my car in their back parking lot very far from the garage and service area.
