I went to Anderson GMC Buick (used to be Boyle) to get tire rotation, oil and filter change and fluid/safety indpection. After a wait of two hours no car. I went back and found the service check-in guy tire rotation, oil and filter change and fluid/safety indpection. After a wait of two hours no car. I went back and found the service check-in guy and he checked on the status. It seems the paperwork got misplaced but all work was done. When the cashier called me to pay, they said “No charge” and the service manager stuck his head in and said, “Sorry for the mixup and your wait; things were hectic at times this morning.” I thanked them. Nice company. More

I came in for oil change tire rotation and after talking with the service representative I also did the 75,000 mile check up. The service technician told it usually take about 2 hours. I said fine, I’ll wait. 4 1/2 hours later I finally had my name called by the cashier. Paid the bill received my keys and the cashier told me my car is parked out front. I looked over the entire front parking lot and went back to the service desk. They parked my car in the rear parking lot. They did go retrieve my car, but when your are waiting for your vehicle why would they park it in the back parking lot. xxx! I have been a Boyle customer for over 40 years. Never had these problems with Boyle. More
