Oil change, 4 new tires, and service parking brake message on. The first two were completed on time and as expected. The parking brake message was not investigated but ignored instead. I went to Anderson GMC Buick (used to be Boyle) to get tire rotation, oil and filter change and fluid/safety indpection. After a wait of two hours no car. I went back and found the service check-in guy tire rotation, oil and filter change and fluid/safety indpection. After a wait of two hours no car. I went back and found the service check-in guy and he checked on the status. It seems the paperwork got misplaced but all work was done. When the cashier called me to pay, they said “No charge” and the service manager stuck his head in and said, “Sorry for the mixup and your wait; things were hectic at times this morning.” I thanked them. Nice company. More
