He made the whole experience of having our 450h's 30,000 mile servicing quite pleasant. He had our vehicle ready as promised. Right before we were about to leave the dealership, my husband mentioned our strangely aligned gas cap cover. Shortly after I purchased my vehicle, I tried to get my "regular" dealership to adjust the outside gas cap cover, so that it would look like all of the other 450h vehicles in the dealership's new car parking lot! My "regular" dealership said that there's nothing that can be done with it, but Eric said he will check on this peculiarity. We are looking forward to Eric's being successful with his quest. Based on our experience today, it is VERY possible that we'll be returning to Lexus of Rockford for future service!. More

Grant did some "thinking outside the box" to create a fix that seems quite effective. They were both very nice and resolved my issue. Thank you! More
