Warranty Service I brought in my van do to a suspicios noise in the engine. The dealer checked and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water pump which confirmed my suspicion as to what may be the problem. Originally I was told that the repair would probably last two to three hours for which I was prepared to wait. Then I was told that they quoted an incorrect repair time. They surmised the correct time would be approximately eight hours and therefore offered a loaner vehicle free of charge, for which I was very greatful, and I accepted. I picked up my van the following day. Needless to say, overall, I was very satisfied with the service i received. More

This week I went in for the scheduled 30,000 mile service on my 2013, and came out with a new 2015 because of an advertisement posted in the showroom about trading in 2013's and the friendly and helpful customer service of my salesperson, Chris Beto. He figured out four options for my trade in and found an excellent deal for me to drive home a new RX. Chris was professional, knowledgable, and made it a smooth transaction. I would not have guessed that I'd be driving home a new car that day, and I love my new Lexus! Thanks Chris! More

My IS is 8 years old and out of warranty, and thus, did not anticipate for such a high level of help and care. However, Mike instantly remembered me from nearly a decade ago and carefully guided me towards my options and had me in their service department that very weekend. From there, Rob Noakes helped me order my parts and set me up to pass my emissions test in no time! My experience with Lexus of Rockford is and continues to be an amazing one. The team has a great community vibe and that equates to- efficient, friendly and reliable service! The most important thing for me was to build trust, I first met Jacob when he was simply assisting the service advisors ( Larry and co); and so happy to see and follow his growth to Service Advisor. I come back / call in and ask for him and will come in only when he is at work. That is the kind of Trust I have built with him. Recently I had a check engine light come on along with two others, it was snowing and single digit Temp, I called Jacob and he said enough for me to keep driving, subsequently we pulled over at a local Toyota Dealer and Jacob spoke with the service Advisor and confirmed his Diagnosis and had my anxiety level way down to normal. I wrote this from the Anderson Toyota waiting room, two weeks since I had the light come on, and he is having a look at it and I know that I am in Good Hands. Thanks Jacob, it’s a pleasure coming in and spending with Anderson Toyota, and hope you get a larger share of my pennies than not. To me Jacob = Toyota.
