They helpe me with the information I needed and also they performed the service quickly while I sat in comfort in their waiting area. I was getting a new 12V battery for the Prius. I had the old battery for 8 1/2 years and it was still working. But there have been almost zero problems with this car since I got it so I thought the length of time I had the battery was not unusual. It always did the job so I wasn't concerned about it. I decided to replace it because of the age. I asked Dan S. to ask the mechanic to check that battery because I wanted to know just how much life it might have had left. It turns out it only had a 50% charge which was enough to work but, of course, it could have failed. I will know for next time to change the battery a little earlier. But Dan was very patient with my questions and he was helpful. Two days later I went back because I had lost something that was in the car. I thought perhaps the mechanic might have found it. He didn't but I was happy Dan was willing to go back right away to ask him. Turns out my wife took the items out and didn't mention it. Still, I appreciated how Dan helped me without hesitation. He seems like a concerned person. That's good in a service job like his. More

They not only found the problem, but fixed it at a very reasonable price. The service representative was exceptionally compassionate. He listened carefully and appeared to go the extra mile to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I would definitely ask for this person to be there next time I go in! My experience with him was far superior to other representatives who just seemed to be "doing their job". He took his time to talk with me and really seemed to care that I was happy when I left! When you're a woman visiting a car dealership, you don't always get the feeling that you're being treated as though you have any intelligence. This visit I was served with the utmost respect! Superb, Dan! More
