Tony DiNunzio worked with me a month in advance to line up the various service/maintenance items to bring this beautiful truck up to like-new condition. Tony demonstrated the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism. He also worked to provide discounts when possible. Tony was always swift to respond to my questions and phone calls. Tony provided exemplary customer service, always with a smile. I am also extremely pleased with the service work that was accomplished by Frank, the technician. I Like This Place! I took my 2015 Corolla to Anderson Toyota and Lexus of Rockford to have a 15,000 mile check. I was greeted by a Dan Steele as I drove into the servic I took my 2015 Corolla to Anderson Toyota and Lexus of Rockford to have a 15,000 mile check. I was greeted by a Dan Steele as I drove into the service department, and he confirmed with methe reason I was bringing my car in for service. He then showed me to the customer waiting area. The customer waiting area is a very relaxed atmosphere with coffee and tea available and comfortable seating. Who would guess a place like a car dealership would be a relaxing place to have a short "get away" to read a book or get on the computer uninterrupted while having my car serviced! It was just a short time later Dan came to tell me my car was ready, and he answered a couple of questions I had. I appreciate Anderson Toyota's professional and knowledgeable staff. I felt like Dan Steele and the Anderson team really had my back! More

Eric Hoffman has been very helpful, kind, and informative regarding my Toyota corolla. I smelled mold in my car and told Eric about it. He suggested that I have the air conditioner 2 part flush done. It helped the smell in my car tremendously. I don't smell the mold any more. I am also very chemically sensitive. I asked Eric if he could make sure no oil is spilled when I get the oil changed and no chemicals are used. Eric gladly accommodated my situation. After getting service here, I don't smell any chemicals in my car. Thank you Eric Hoffman for listening to me and servicing my car so well. More

In addition to the normal maintenance requested, asked them to check my brakes. I have 70,000 miles on the Sienna and expected to need brakes. They said, no I still have a lot of life left on them. These folks are very honest and unlike some other dealers I have dealt with, they are not out to gouge the Customer on unnecessary repairs. They have my confidence. More
