Ryan, in particular, is an extremely valuable employee. He always ensures that everything is done to take care of the customer. Once the shop forgot to repair one aspect of our vehicle. Ryan dealt with that situational appropriately and he even helped to get us a discount on the repair when we returned due to the mistake. Due to this attentiveness in customer service and excellence in Toyota work, I always recommend Anderson Toyota to all of the Toyota owners I know! More

My Toyota Service Advisor.... Mr. Eric Hoffman was wonderful. He could not have been any better at informing me of any additional work that needed to be done. Customer satisfaction I have a Rav4 and needed the maintenance for the first 10,000 miles. The dealership closest to me was the obvious choice, but it was also the wrong ch I have a Rav4 and needed the maintenance for the first 10,000 miles. The dealership closest to me was the obvious choice, but it was also the wrong choice. I went into the service department area, and waited to talk to one of two people at the service desk. One man said he would be with me in a minute, the other man said nothing. The guy who greeted me then disappeared and didn't come back. The other guy (on his computer) glanced up at me, and then back to his computer. He didn't say anything. After a bit, he asked me if I had an appointment, and I said no, I needed to schedule one. He asked me my name and what I needed and I answered his questions. He offered me a time, in three days, that conflicts with my classes. So, I said I couldn't take the appointment. He went back to his computer. I said I would get back to him, he said ok. I could tell that he didn't want to take time to help me because he was working on something else on the computer. I called Loves Park and talked to a man named Brock Correa, who said, when do you want to come in? He gave me his complete attention, and told me he would get me in whenever it was best for me! I will always call this dealership for maintenance on my two vehicles because they act like they care about me, and they want to work with times that are best for me. I appreciate the way I am treated as a customer at this dealership. Thanks Brock for helping me get back on the road in a safe, well maintained vehicle. More
