Emergency Help and No Charge ! Life savers!! Shopping at a Rockford mall, it's freezing cold, I'm 30 miles from home, my husband can't leave work and my car won't start. I called L Life savers!! Shopping at a Rockford mall, it's freezing cold, I'm 30 miles from home, my husband can't leave work and my car won't start. I called Lexus service department and they were wonderful. They sent Brian (I think that was his name. . . .young, blonde, happy, helpful) and he jumped the battery, gave me advice on getting home safely, and told me it was time for a new battery. I asked him what I owed and he said, " no charge. . . it's a Lexus. That's what we do" We purchased our car at Lexus of Rockford 4 years ago. . . our next will come from them, also!! More

Excellent service as usual. My air bag warning light was on so I brought my 2013 Venza in to Anderson Toyota. My service advisor was Tony DiNunzio and he explained that they woul My air bag warning light was on so I brought my 2013 Venza in to Anderson Toyota. My service advisor was Tony DiNunzio and he explained that they would need to order the part. As soon as the part came in Tony called me and I made a service appointment. As usual my experience at Anderson was excellent. All of their service employees are polite and respectful. The waiting area is very comfortable and before I knew it my car was ready. I always take my car into the Anderson service department and I am very pleased with the service I get. More

Extraordinary great service I visited this dealer on Tuesday, November 15, to have my tires checked on my 2094 Sienna XLE van as the tire pressure warning light kept coming on. D I visited this dealer on Tuesday, November 15, to have my tires checked on my 2094 Sienna XLE van as the tire pressure warning light kept coming on. Dan Steele had already helped me with his issue about three weeks before this and it seemed to have been fixed, but the light came on again. He was really good about finally getting to the bottom of the problem and the technician ended up cleaning and resealing one of the tires that had low pressure. He was concerned that I had made several trips out there about this and did a great job getting it fixed once and for all. He has gone the extra mile before when I have had a problem with this car or my 2004 Prius and I cannot thank him enough. He listens to the problem and has gotten issues fixed on both cars in the last couple months. They do a great job at this dealer with their Service Dept and I have never taken either car anywhere else. I am very grateful for Dan's expertise and patience in finding solutions for problems with my older (but still wonderful) cars. More
