During my wait I also had the enjoyable experience of seeing Brad Kahle masterfully navigate an interaction with an unreasonable customer who must otherwise live in a near perfect world. I could not be more pleased by the professional staff and the extreme courtesy extended during my visit. However, I would rate my most recent experience as fair primarily because of a lack of communication. I took my 2014 RAV-4 in for a transmission leak and ultimately had to have the transmission replaced. As far as I can tell a week later, they did a good job with the replacement, that is not my complaint. I am upset that I was not "kept in the loop" about the problem and what had to be done to correct it. When I called them, I received updates but not once was I contacted by the service manager regarding what was wrong or how many days it would take to repair. This was the case even though I specifically asked to have him call to update me on what was wrong and why it was taking longer than expected. A simple phone call would have gone a long way in changing my evaluation from fair to excellent More

After my oil change was complete, Vince took the time to answer questions I had regarding the warranty, and answered my questions regarding how often my oil should be changed, etc. I left Anderson Toyota feeling like I had a much better grasp of how maintenance of my car should be handled. When they checked the new dash it had a crack so he rescheduled the work to accommodate getting the new dash.
