Good Dealership/Annoying Follow Up The people at the dealership are very polite and courteous and do a good job working on my Subaru. However, The follow up is very annoying. I don't mind their email inquiries as to my level of satisfaction as I can choose to answer them or delete them but I strongly object to the phone calls. I am a veterinarian and do not carry my cell phone into my exam room as I consider that to be unprofessional. I keep it in my office so I can come out of the exam room and answer it when I hear it ring. This is a disruption of me performing my job and walking out on my clients. I try to answer all cell calls as I have a disabled child and each time the phone rings I am afraid that it is the school or doctor's office calling about my child. I think that all of this follow up is over-kill and I find it very annoying. More

I was greeted promptly by a friendly young lady whose name unfortunately escapes me. She quickly inspected my car and showed me the waiting area. My car was finished in about 35 minutes while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. When my car was returned I noticed right away that it had been washed (nice touch). When I started the engine I also noticed that the low washer fluid warning light that had been on for a few days was off. I hadn't mentioned it, but they topped that off for me too!! I think that the extra care is what separates average service centers from exceptional ones. Thanks for being exceptional. More
Very dissatisfied with the incompetence of the service depar The fact that a "Subaru" dealership has to contact a "Subaru" trained technician to determine what is wrong with my car after replacing several parts The fact that a "Subaru" dealership has to contact a "Subaru" trained technician to determine what is wrong with my car after replacing several parts costing me over $2k, is ridiculous, especially, when they say that they have "finally" found the problem and it is the Turbo (another $2500 to replace). I had to go back once after a routine oil change, because they left a plate off and I was severely leaking oil. I had to return yesterday because they "forgot" to put my engine cover on when I picked it up last week. I had to call them to find out why it was missing. Their answer to me was I picked it up too soon. However, they told me it was ready before I picked it up. Needless to say, I will never allow them to touch my car again!!!! More

Bluetooth radio problem I am very happy that Daniel Meister (Subaru technician) could resolve the poor bluetooth pairing (with intermittent loss of connection) on my Launch a I am very happy that Daniel Meister (Subaru technician) could resolve the poor bluetooth pairing (with intermittent loss of connection) on my Launch addition STI. Daniel remembered the service bulletin that referenced the problem and quickly replaced the defective radio. This was a intermittent problem that Daniel was able to recognize with just my description of the problem. I appreciate Maria Ceasar granting my request to personally discuss the bluetooth problems with a technician. Maria is dedicated answering customer questions and resolving their car problems. More

I had seen this before in my Toyota, the evaporator drain was clogged. Maria in service took me right away and the service staff took care of the problem in less than an hour. The system is now working better than new. They went the extra mile to dry the carpet and wash the car. They never cease to amaze me. Billy Anderson has the best dealership I have ever been to. More

I feel the manager doesn"t care if the customer is satisfied with his answer since it is relate through the assistant. I will have some service done there but not all. I think another area should be added to the above question "recommend this service center" like Undecided at this time More
