It was suggested to me by a friend that we use Anderson Kia of St. Jo. I knew immediately that I wanted to take my business there. The sales associates weren't pushy or anything like that. I have been to dealerships before where they seemed snobby and made me feel like I didn't deserve to drive their car. I have also been to places that almost begged me to buy their car. At Anderson Kia, the decision was all mine. They answered questions, when I asked them, and even on the test drive the associate had a remarkable knowlege of the vehicle I was driving.(I can always tell when someone is making stuff up) I was impressed from day one. I live about 1 1/2 hours away. I was able to pretty much purchase a car over the phone that I hadn't even seen yet. I wouldn't have ever imagined that I would be willing to do such a thing, but with the sales associate we had, I would do it again. There was a trust there that I can't explain, but I'm sure it has alot to do with the fact that our sales associate gave every detail to us srtaight with no games. I was thoroughly impressed with our experience with Anderson Kia. Byron quickly got us what we wanted for the price we wanted. He wasn't the stereotypical greasy car salesman.
