We had a great experience at Anderson finding the perfect car. Although things took longer than we had anticipated, good things are worth the wait! We ended up purchasing a 2012 Kia Optima EX... I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Focus and noticed the CD player did not work. I took it the dealer and explained the problem to Eddie. He looked it over and mentioned the problem to the manager. I came in looking for a used car. Eddie greeted me and invited me in to discuss my needs. I gave him a price range, and he said he could work with me. I wanted to stay in town for my purchase. I am recently disabled so my wife is my care giver and I am trying to make everything as easy as I can for her. I have always bought and dealt with the cars. Jim and Mike made the expirence very good for both of us. I will be very disappointed if they do not continue to follow thru if my wife should have a problem. The price was a little higher than what I felt I should have paid and I feel like I lost $1,000.00 on my trade in. We did have to have a certain color package inside and out and Jim expanded the search area and found the one and brough it in on a trailer. Overall we are very happy with our new SUV. Hopefully it will be a good winter car! I would recommend Anderson KIA to others at this time. Mike didn't pressure me at all about a car. I ended up purchasing a great Kia Soul with a great monthly payment. And to think, I almost bought a used car that was more expensive! More
