I took my car to Anderson Honda and told them what Mr. Tire had said. My mistake was to tell them to replace all 4 stem valves. My bill came to over $500. If that was not bad enough, the tire I took in to have fixed still went flat. I got an email from Anderson Honda asking me to rate their service. Of course I gave them a low review. When I called Anderson Honda and told them that my tire was still going flat, the guy from the service department was more concerned about my low review which he said he did not appreciate receiving, then my tire which was still going flat. It was during that conversation he said to me that he did not even think that I needed new stem valves. I asked him why did they put them in then, instead of finding the real source of the problem and fixing that? His response was because that is what I told them to do. (Would they jump off a cliff if I told them to???). I called Honda Corporation direct and told them what happened at Anderson Honda. They put me on hold and called Anderson Honda. Honda Corporation came back on the phone and said they could not help me because the service performed was what I had asked for. My response was, "Do you know how unprofessional that sounds?!?!" If the service rep admitted that he did not think I needed new stem valves, he should have come to me and said so. I mean really, who is supposedly the expert here? A grey haired lady or a certified mechanic? And isn't real customer service all about helping people with their problems instead of taking advantage of them?? So, I tried another approach and informed them that they would benefit more by refunding my $500 instead of loosing me as a customer because my last two Hondas I bought new. The lady had to ask me twice to make sure I meant brand new and not used. She paused a moment, but still said she could not help me. IF THAT WAS NOT BAD ENOUGH, READ ON!! Having lost all respect and loyalty to Honda, and after weeks of continually adding air to my tire, I went to NC to visit my son and he and I took my Honda to a tire dealer there. Within 10 minutes the manager came out, with my faulty stem valve in hand and said that new stem valves were never put in my car. He replaced the stem valve to the tune of $65 (which included the labor) and I have not had a problem since. My advice...beware when doing business with Anderson Honda. More

Seems like the service manager is full of himself. I walked into his office and first thing I see are his feet up on the desk, leaning back in the chair like he owns the place. I ended up getting "kicked out" AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! THERE IS A BETTER DEALERSHIP RIGHT DOWN THE STREET LONG DUE UPDATE: I went to Heritage Honda a couple of weeks after this incident and they replaced the condenser under warranty. Unbelievable. More

The day of the appointment, Cesar took his time to give me more information on the service. Explained to me, what they will do, how long it may take, and he was always available when I had a question or concern. After the service, he told me how often the service has to be done in the future. I will recommend Herson's Honda and if Cesar has to take care of your, peace of mind. I had given up on Honda after terrible customer service at Heritage Honda Towson. My Daughter bought a Honda Fit at Anderson. She got a great deal and appreciated the service and talked me into taking my at Heritage Honda Towson. My Daughter bought a Honda Fit at Anderson. She got a great deal and appreciated the service and talked me into taking my Odyssey in for a repair that could not be done at my usual shop. They fixed it without a problem. When it became time to have the timing belt and water pump changed I called to make an appointment and mentioned a $100.00 off coupon I had seen on the web page. The representative I spoke with informed me that they were running an even better sale and quoted me a price that was far better than any I had been given by anyone else. I made the appointment and they asked that I come in earlier so that they could finish the job that day. I was meet at the door by two service guys who took my van did the paper work and had me out the door in under five minutes. They told me they would need about 5 hours to finish the work. About 4 1/2 hours later they called to tell me it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up it was ready, washed and for the price they had quoted. I was so pleased by their service that not only am I re-thinking Honda but also about having all my service done by Anderson. This was such an improvement over the experience I had at Heritage. More
Went in for a routine oil change last weekend and was pleased with the service I received at Anderson Honda. I just recently moved to the Baltimore metro area, and this was my first time at Anderson Hond pleased with the service I received at Anderson Honda. I just recently moved to the Baltimore metro area, and this was my first time at Anderson Honda (AH). I always read reviews of the place I will be taking my business to, and found some not-so-good ones for them. I still decided to give it a shot and am glad to say I wasn't disappointed after my visit. I live within a couple miles of another Honda dealership but found even worse reviews for it, and so my decision to choose AH became somewhat easier even though I had to drive about 20 miles to get there. The service was great, and quick. Got in and out without an appointment on a weekend in about 45 minutes. And they gave my car a good rinse from the outside. They have a Wi-Fi lounge with a couple TVs, a cafe where you can buy snacks/breakfast, and a coffee machine. While waiting in the lounge, I overheard a customer speaking with a sales person. Apparently, the guy had just bought his new Honda from them sometime back, and had just come in for the first oil change service. From the looks of it, it seemed like the sale had gone well and he was happy to get the service done at Anderson's which was reassuring for me. FYI: the website has a $5 OFF coupon for oil changes as well as a few other service coupons. I will definitely be going there the next time and recommend this place. More
