I have had an Honda for about 10 years now and have worked with dealerships in a few States as I have had to move. I can say with great certainty that this dealership is the worst to deal with for any worked with dealerships in a few States as I have had to move. I can say with great certainty that this dealership is the worst to deal with for any Servicing questions. As someone else had mentioned, if you try to call them, you are on a wait/hold for ever. If you try to send a message through their website, you almost immediately get a sales related follow-up email. You respond to it and clarify that you are looking for service and not sales -- then you don't get any response at all, and that's the way it is for weeks. It is understandable they don't have a lot of competition in the Palo Alto/MV area, and I think that's likely the reason for them not being respectful to customers. I hope some of these online reviews have an impact on this dealership and that they get back to doing the basics right. More

Sold us the extended warranty with sweet talk And now, they wont refund because we didn't know that we have to go back and ask them for the refund. We asked a million times when the sales guy sold us the extended warranty, if it will be refunded in case we don't use it. You know what they say now -- the fine print says you have to contact us back. Heard that before and never hear of them anymore, because in this day and age .. they are all gone. A company that refuses to give out what is due to the customer citing these kinds of reasons will never go anywhere. Beware everyone who is buying from this dealership and especially their extended warranty. The product works well ... there is no need for it. More

I was faced with a large repair bill, and instead of pushing for me to get my old car fixed he suggested I talk to Les in sales. That it may make more since to by a new car that to try to patch together my old one, one more time. I'm so grateful for having a service department I can trust and a salesman that could help me into a new car I just love. I know I sound like a commercial but it's true. More
