Went to have car door fixed, my understanding was only two parts needed and door would work normally. That is not the case. Very disappointing, especially for the amount of money I spent.Makes one feel ta two parts needed and door would work normally. That is not the case. Great auto repair service is hard to find nowadays,. ...especially from a Dealer. Anderson Ford defies this trend and provided me with highly courteous and responsive customer service on a major repair ...especially from a Dealer. Anderson Ford defies this trend and provided me with highly courteous and responsive customer service on a major repair on my Ford Fusion. It was covered under mfg's warranty and they handled everything with Ford so that I did not have to tie up my time doing so. My repair was completed in a reasonable time frame as well. I will definitely use Anderson Ford again for any future repairs on my Fusion. More
