Great service all-around - they were able to pick-up and deliver my vehicle as scheduled (great PU/Return Team) for warrantee repair service (pillar trim replacement). Parts and Service department staff were knowledgeable and courteous. The only drawback was it took 9 months to get the part, but once it arrived, I was notified, and the replacement was scheduled. This is my second purchase from Anderson Ford. I returned because the staff has been courteous and knowledgeable and the service has been excellent. This time was no different. Dylan, our salesman I returned because the staff has been courteous and knowledgeable and the service has been excellent. This time was no different. Dylan, our salesman, was knowledgeable, answered questions, explained features (especially the computerized aspects). He and the financial gentleman worked with us on a price that was amiable to both parties. We were encouraged to make a list of features we did not understand so they could work us through them. So far, I am very happy with my new Explorer and the service we have received. More

Pricing they show on website is incorrect. Apparently they include every promo available , then when you visit the dealership it just disappears. No one even ask to see if you qualify.
