Horrible service, had problems with a brand new Expedition Platinum and already in for service and a day later the same problem came up. †he car has less than 4k miles so how can there be a technic Expedition Platinum and already in for service and a day later the same problem came up. †he car has less than 4k miles so how can there be a technical problem already...and twice, the day after service claims it's fixed?? Curt the service manager at their South Location was horrible to deal with. Would never buy a Ford again based on his treatment and callousness over this. That's how bad it was. Pretty pathetic but based on what I read, service seems to be a huge problem at this dealership. Had to file a formal complain with Ford Corp over this and complaint with BBB. More
The customer service from Joel Widmer was less than satisfactory. Not only that the service manager called to harass about a negative review that was left after the service given. That's poor professi satisfactory. Not only that the service manager called to harass about a negative review that was left after the service given. That's poor professionalism. We brought our vehicle we recently purchased from a dealership out by Omaha for a sensor issue. Anderson did not want to replace it due to a bushing missing which caused a crack from possible jarring, which Widmer argued it was in an accident. They wanted to charge 1500 for the replacement stating the manufacturer warranty wouldn't cover it due to the damage of the sensor. They never once confirmed it was in an accident the time of the appt we took it in. They pulled the carfax after the fact to argue the situation of the review we had previously left. Obviously, little did we know it was in a small fender bender in 2021, which was not divulged during the recent purchase (less than 6 months ago), otherwise we would have said something etc. Now, to argue this, simply being involved in an accident won't void your vehicles manufacturer's warranty unless there is a salvage title or rebuilt title. Simply meaning Anderson did not want to do their job. Widmer was extremely confrontational during the drop off of the vehicle and the pick up of the vehicle. Not only that it was all about the charges during the drop off and pick up, "there's a fee with this, there's a fee with that", etc. And for the service manager to call over a negative review, but not just call, harass, is ridiculous. I do not recommend using this place. We are going back to where we purchased the vehicle and they are covering EVERYTHING. We were just trying to save us a 2 hour + trip since Anderson is right down the road from us. Never again will we use them and I will definitely spread the word to others. Poor professionalism and customer service. Hey Anderson, truth hurts, get over yourself, and be better/do better to/with your customers. More
Today a Lincoln branch salesman called to see about my interest in F150 pickups. I reminded him that he was holding a specific vehicle for me that he said was receiving two warranty updates. Oh, that ve interest in F150 pickups. I reminded him that he was holding a specific vehicle for me that he said was receiving two warranty updates. Oh, that vehicle was sold to some one in Colorado he replied. What then was the hold all about? Sales manager said this was a teaching moment for the salesman, I emphasized that it was much more than that, it was misrepresentation, attempts at diversion and really (why don't we just say it) a lie. The principle of truth is missing from the sales practices of this establishment. More
We did not enjoy our experience. We felt that the vehicle we were interested in was not in the condition we were expecting. And we were given a very low offer on our trade in. Anderson Ford Auto Connection is supposed to help buyers with low credit get into a vehicle not sell them a lemon that will die after 200 miles. The 2011 Buick Enclave purchased for $7500 CASH needed a hea with low credit get into a vehicle not sell them a lemon that will die after 200 miles. The 2011 Buick Enclave purchased for $7500 CASH needed a headlight assembly and starter right off the bat ($1000) then it quit due to no oil, empty coolant reservoiur, dead battery and damaged crank...this to people who can lease afford a $7500 loss. The best thing you can do help this is NOT to tell us you will pass the information along hoping we will go away but to take the vehicle back and give credit towards another vehicle that will help this family of 6!!!! Bad Business Mike Anderson!!!! More
On Friday, July 14, 2023, we were traveling through Nebraska on our way to a wedding when our RV (Ford E450)'s check engine light began flashing. We can to the Ford dealership on recommendation from Om Nebraska on our way to a wedding when our RV (Ford E450)'s check engine light began flashing. We can to the Ford dealership on recommendation from Omaha's Ford Dealership. We limped into the dealership and told we could not get the repairs done for 2 weeks (Friday, July 28, 20237. We told the service rep we were trying to get to a wedding in Colorado. We were told it could not be done any sooner than the 28th. We tried to locate another place to get it done. (took all day) and no one else could help. We recontacted your dealership and agreed to buy a car from you, if the RV could be serviced by Friday, July 21, 2023. The service department agreed they could do that. We bought a 2012 Honda Pilot. We asked if there was an inspection on it and was told yes. (I know Ford has Certified Pre-owned vehicles). After asking this the salesman, Andrew tried to get us to buy an extended warranty. (I did not think it was needed as there was an inspection that was done). I guess I should have reviewed the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle levels as this vehicle did NOT qualify. I have no doubt Andrew knew what I was asking, but never told me that this vehicle did not qualify for the Ford's Certified Pre-Owned. We bought the vehicle and drove it to Colorado. The 4th day we owned it, the check electrical system came on and we ended up being stranded yet a 2nd time in Estes Park, CO. We were lucky enough to find a repairs shop that was able to get the repair done timely so we could keep our travel plans to get back home in time for medical tests. Funny, not funny thing...The RV repair was done on Tuesday, July 18th. Interesting it was able to be completed so quickly as we were initially told it could not be done for 2 weeks. We will likely never find ourselves in Lincoln NE again. And will likely never need to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle repaired. But even if we did, I am pretty sure we would tow it to another location regardless of cost as I would not want to give any further business to Anderson Ford again. I would expect more from a dealership. More

Parts department is the worst. Showed up and both lazy counter people are on phones. Needed a front license plate holder. Was going to use FordPass points. After ringing me up the Showed up and both lazy counter people are on phones. Needed a front license plate holder. Was going to use FordPass points. After ringing me up they said FordPass was down. The minute I paid some other lazy employee said FordPass was up. FordPass is a joke if you can’t use the rewards given! More
