I got my paperwork 25+ minutes later. 3) I spicily asked them to check the coolant fluid. Was told that they would top off all the fluids. That was Thursday, today (Tuesday) my low coolant light goes on for about 2 minutes. (I live 70 miles away from the dealership) More
Purchased 2019 vehicle with approximately 60,000 miles on it 7 months ago. It was explained it was a certified vehicle that had gone through a thorough inspection. In the 7 months of having this car the ther it 7 months ago. It was explained it was a certified vehicle that had gone through a thorough inspection. In the 7 months of having this car the thermostat went out (odd, they typically last close 100K miles) and just this week the motor mounts are bad and leaking (odd, they typically last 5-7 years and usually doesn’t happen around 60,000 miles). They claim the motor mounts are not covered under the powertrain warranty and want over $1000 to repair. How does a 4 year old certified vehicle need such expensive repairs within 7 months? This is a car that was over $25,000. We are looking at cars for my son and this will be the place we will avoid as they have lost our trust and our business. The drive to a trusting dealership outside of the city is worth it to have peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle, especially when they are so expensive. More

I found a Jeep Gladiator I wanted and I Filled out the customer contact information. I was contacted via text by a salesman. I replied that I wanted a quote on that Jeep. I had no trade and I would be fi customer contact information. I was contacted via text by a salesman. I replied that I wanted a quote on that Jeep. I had no trade and I would be financing through my bank. No extra warranty. All I wanted was a price. I was informed about a $1,498.00 additional for nitrogen in tires and stuff. I was ok with that and replied there price $38,999.00 +$1498.00+tax+title. Never got a answer. Then another salesman texted me on same line. Still no Price. Then I get a e-mail message with from the first guy and still no price. I do not know why they didn't want to give me a firm price. I have secured financing and am a mature buyer. After that runaround I will take my business elsewhere. More
Fair, pleasant easy to deal with. 👍🌴I was shopping on the internet for a specific Jeep Wrangler. Chassidy was more than happy to get me what I asked for. the internet for a specific Jeep Wrangler. Chassidy was more than happy to get me what I asked for. More
what a joke!!! i bought a used car. 2013 malibu. sales with Amber and Steve went fine. they even delivered the car to me that day. later at home i inspected it more i bought a used car. 2013 malibu. sales with Amber and Steve went fine. they even delivered the car to me that day. later at home i inspected it more thoroughly and found detailman's baseball cap in back window, oil monitor wasn't reset and the joke of all, rodent nest under the engine cover. you can see the chewed wires. fortunately they appear not to be chewed through. i texted pics and complaint to Amber and Danelle. no response. 1-day later got 1-response from Danelle as if nothing was wrong. she said never received my pics or complaint. apologized. insisted i bring the car back to get it checked out. Herman the service writer called to make the appointment. when i got there the service writer had no idea why i was there. no record of my appointment. car sat for 15 minutes. then they took it in service dept. 10 minutes later brought it back out. sat again for 15 minutes. then gave me the key and said all is good. service writer came running back out to get the detailman's baseball cap they forgot, again! it seems they were more worried about retrieving the cap then pleasing me. never saw or heard from anyone but the service writer. previously, when Danelle called me about bringing it back in, she stressed that she wanted me to bring it back to them(70 miles 1-way) so she could keep an eye on things. never saw Danelle or heard from her again. if i could have, i would have returned the car for a refund, but you sign a NO cooling off period clause. like i said, what a joke! very unhappy with my experience at anderson!!! A Bad Buying Experience We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they We bought a used truck there and got home and put it in the garage and realized it was not what it appeared to be at the dealership. But I’m sure they knew that. So we called our salesman Mitchell and told him about it. He was very nice. In the meantime we looked at their website and saw a brand new truck that was “advertised” about $3K higher than what we just paid for the used one so we thought we would just trade the used truck back in and purchase the new one. We spoke with Mitchell about what we wanted to do and what truck we wanted and asked him to work up the numbers and he said he or his sales manager would get back to us with the numbers. Nathan Woodson called us back later and sent a breakdown of the cost of the purchase of the new truck and the trade in value of the used truck we had just purchased. We only drove the used truck home. The trade-in value they would apply towards the new truck was $3250.00 lower than what we had just purchased it for a couple days earlier. When I said that was not fair his reply was we are running a business and have to make money. On top of that the new truck that was priced on their website was not the numbers that were used in the new purchase agreement that was presented to us. Beware of their e-pricing as it is the old bait and switch game with Woodson and/or dealership. They also add a $1500.00 accessory fee for nitrogen in the tires which is not included in their e-pricing. Nathan was a very condescending jerk too. He wasn’t willing to deal with us at all. A dealership that doesn’t honor their internet pricing and the vehicles they sell certainly doesn’t care about their customers. We will never buy from them again and certainly will warn friends and family of how this dealership operates. More
