Took my Jeep for issues with locking mechanism and a recall after 3rd attempt locks are working, and even this they did not call me once the parts came I had to call to see what was the delay and on top of all after 3rd attempt locks are working, and even this they did not call me once the parts came I had to call to see what was the delay and on top of all this they just "forgot" to fix the recall now a fourth trip to get this fixed and only after I had to call yet again and they "got too busy" to return the call I originated and I even talked to the Service Manager John he was supposed to call me back within an hour well 24+ hrs later he calls asking for the wrong person smh and all I heard was a bunch of excuses for themselves. We had bough 20+ new cars in the past 15+ years here, I don't think I would be buying another car here or maybe even a Jeep for that matter More
Worst service ever, does not stand behind repairs This is a followup review. I originally brought my jeep in back in March, my husband replaced the heater core which caused the clock spring to need re This is a followup review. I originally brought my jeep in back in March, my husband replaced the heater core which caused the clock spring to need replacing. I brought the car in and had this completed, upon completion we left and returned immediately as the turn signal would not cancel, every idiot light was coming on and it was stating "no bus", and the car dinged as if the key was still in the ignition which would not allow you to lock the doors or utilize the key fob. They fixed the turn signal as their 18 year old tech has pinned a wire, they were unable to determine the other issues and stated they didn't feel that they had caused them. My husband found the issues with the "no bus", they had pulled a wire loose behind the dash (of course this was not their fault) a quick easy fix for my husband. Now we have finally figured out the issue with the dinging, the damn car still thinks the key is in the ignition, if you jiggle the key around as you pull out the tip it stops. They of course state this is not their problem and they would be glad to fix the issue at my cost. Sorry Anderson, I will be visiting Jack Wolfe in Bellvideere and taking you to small claims court for the bill. I will never visit that dealership again if they were giving cars away for free, what a horrible experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
brought car in for diagnostics and repair.i left with more problems than i came with.came back for second time,left car all day .they couldn't fix it .I left with more problems than first time. In between them wanting me to bring back for third time,I went to another dealer where they gave me valuable information .And i was able to repair myself with former auto repair experience.Might i add ,in rather of a short time .For all of my lost time and money,i left with feeling i was taking advantage of.And the feeling they could careless i would be a repeat customer. ''They never even offered my a cup of coffee'' .I hope no one else has to experience what i went thru .''Good luck to all who would ignore this review'' More

I liked the vehicle but we were not able to agree on a Great customer service from the start! I went in to look at a SUV and worked with Joe Rigotti. I liked the vehicle but we were not able to agree on a price. He did not play the game of back and forth with the price, I just gave him my offer and asked if they could meet it or not. I called the next day to see another SUV and we were able to agree on a price. Joe was very nice to work with and didn't play games. My daughter loves the used Jeep and we were very happy with our trade in. It was a pleasant experience and we will check in there again when it is time to get another vehicle. Everything went so smooth, he even called four days later to see how we liked the vehicle. Thanks Joe! More

I am so happy with my jeep. it is not a new one but, it is in good conditon and runs very good. they were very honest and helpful to me as in loo me. Dave Johnson knew our requirements up front and contacted us with a used minivan that met our needs. He was very professional.
