I found a few online and was set up with Zagit Rodriguez to test drive and see if any of them were what we are looking for. He was honest, knowledgeable, flexible, and kind. Before even stepping foot into the dealership I was nervous, and scared thinking about the whole car buying process, but once we stepped foot into Anderson Dodge all of that went away. Not once did we feel pressured one way or another. I can not say enough positive things about our salesman Z. He really went above and beyond to make sure we found a van that fit our family in all aspects. He easily worked around our crazy sport schedules and offered many different forms of communication to easily discuss questions. When it came time for us to pick up the van he made sure everything was perfect and ready to go for us. He was wonderful with our children, asking them about their sports and what they were hoping for in the new van. During the test drive my daughter noticed that there was a remote that was missing and Zagit surprised her and made sure it was replaced when we picked up the van. It was such a positive experience that I can't believe I was ever nervous. I will defiantly be going back to this dealership and working with Zagit Rodriguez for our next purchase. More

I have never owned a Jeep, but have heard good things from friends so I decided to check out Anderson. Sue saw me walking up and opened the door for me, immediately making a good impression. I came in with a car in mind that I had seen online, but it had been sold a couple of days before. Sue worked with her team to quickly find a comparable car in my price range. We went for a test drive and worked out the financial terms. She was patient with me as I made up my mind about a big purchase. I didn't feel pressured to make a rash decision in the heat of the moment. Keith McCoy was also very easy to work with in finance, and got me out of there as quickly as possible so I could ride off in my new Jeep Cherokee.
