We understand your frustration and hope that you can understand ours as well. Your insurance company had requested that the damaged wheel on your vehicle be sent out for repair and refinished, which we did. Unfortunately, after several attempts to repair the wheel, the cracking of the wheel's finish coat was unacceptable. We then requested that your insurance company authorize replacement with a brand new wheel. Your insurance company agreed to that request, but only if we could get credit back from the wheel company that was charged in the first repair attempt. The wheel company agreed to issue the credit; however, they requested the old wheel back. We jumped through these hoops in an effort to restore your vehicle back to a condition that was acceptable. Had the new wheel been authorized by your insurance company at the onset, it would have been smoother and less frustrating for all. It feels unfair that we/Ancira have become the target for an issue that could have been avoided by your own insurance company. We did what we though was best given the circumstances. Again we sincerely apologize for all you went through, and I'm sorry you were left unhappy because of the experience. I told your people if there was any problems or questions to let me know ( I told then new wheels) I pay the insurance and have had to deal with them before , this whole mess could have been taken care of with that call, and the grill on bottom side of front bumper was removed and not replaced " the insurance company would not approve" so once again NO call and we had to make another trip to get the part ordered, another to have it installed, you took it off ,PUT IT BACK !

I'm sorry that we weren't able to find you a vehicle to fit the circumstances. With the Guaranteed Financing there are several stipulations that must be met, and each car, depending on the type and year, require different down payments. The program works well with folks who require the 2nd chance financing, but some times it can take some patience to find the right vehicle for the right fit.
