Great Service, Great Staff Great service; I had a problem, or so I thought, with the factory installed battery (2 1/2 years old; about 38,000 miles, so I was out of warranty). Great service; I had a problem, or so I thought, with the factory installed battery (2 1/2 years old; about 38,000 miles, so I was out of warranty). I made an appointment on-line. & arrived early, explaining the problem & had the car and battery evaluated. Per the technicians, the batter was found "low of charge". It was charged for 45 minutes & passed the test--and I didn't have to replace it!! Great working with John Ramos--he is SUPER!! More

Service unsurpassed by any Chevy Dealer in San Antonio I had time to spare so I ventured into the Ancira Service Dept to have a few things done to my Silverado. I was immediately told, yes, we can take yo I had time to spare so I ventured into the Ancira Service Dept to have a few things done to my Silverado. I was immediately told, yes, we can take you in, it would be about 1 1/2 hours and they had the parts. I was in a daze, on my computer, when Joseph walked into the waiting room and said it was ready in under 1 hour. FANTASTIC. More
