When we were approached by Chris Brown he was very friendly and opened the car we were looking at. He gave us the run-down of the entire car and was very knowledgable. He also was chatting with us about this or that during this time. It was a delight working with him and the overall atmosphere of the dealership and experience was very laid-back and unstressful.The normally awful paper-signing, car buying process was relatively painless. I am completely satisfied with my 2012 TDI Jetta and would definitely recommend this dealership. More
