Shop was immaculate when you pul in, greeted immediately and directed to assigned repair manager. Manager listen attentively allowing me to explain in detail what the issue was with my vehicle. I was then o and directed to assigned repair manager. Manager listen attentively allowing me to explain in detail what the issue was with my vehicle. I was then offered the option of being given a car to use while the issue was diagnosed and repaired. The manager explained that a timeline would be difficult and so I would not be unconvinced or have to wait I was given a vehicle straight away. Later that afternoon I was called and texted informing me my vehicle was repaired and ready. The staff and manager he my car ready and waiting, paperwork was ready to be signed and I was in and out within minutes. Best staff I ever had the pleasure of dealing with and this includes all staff involved with my experience. More
