I was conducting training at Fort Bliss El Paso and wanted to buy my wife a new vehicle for Christmas. As a USAA member we used the USAA pre approval process. Ancira is an approved dealer for USAA customers. They reserved the vehicle for me and held it for a couple weeks until I could get back and physically be present to complete the sale. Yet everything was already done except for the trade in for my vehicle. They gave me too price and showed me the actual dollar value via Kelly blue book online. My father in law also highly recommended Ancira to us. He recently bought a new vehicle from Ancira and only had high praise for his experience. Lots of places sell cars. But few actually treat you and your family with the level of dignity and professionalism we experienced at Ancira. Five stars all the way. James, my salesman knew every detail on our vehicle and showed my wife all the special features, set her phone up to pair with the vehicle hands free features and showed her how to work them all. He walked us through all the little things like how to manage all the folding seats and automatic door features etc. He was very prompt and courteous and respectful of our time too. In and out the whole process was painless and done in maybe two hours. Ancira is the only way to go when buying a car. Without a doubt. More
