We received a recall notice so we took our Jeep in, we also asked for oil change & tranny flush to be done. We were told it would be done same day, no call when done, when we call them later that day ever also asked for oil change & tranny flush to be done. Next morning we got a call, they don't have the part to fix recall (so it has to go back in) & other services requested were not done, so now we cant pick it up until later in the day...? We had coupons that were sent with the recall notice but were still charged about $12.00 extra for shop rags & ect. (that's what we were told) There was a bunch of finger pointing & wasn't me going on~~VERY unprofessional! We absolutely would NOT recommend this service dept. to anyone & hope to not have to go back after recall is fixed. The people working in customer service really need customer service training! "It wasn't me" is not an acceptable answer. More
Called Service Dept. regarding Recall N49 on January 21, 2014 to make an appointment. I was told "parts are not available, call back at the beginning of summer" !! This recall involves a potential failure of the tie rod end part of the steering linkage. This is supposed to be a reasonable time period ?? If one looks on the internet for 2011 Dodge 3500 tie rod end, there appear to be a plethora of tie rod ends (OEM) available. Are these recall notices just a CYA for the dealers/manufacturers and NHTSA ?? This is the second of two Dodge Ram trucks we own (the other is a 2006 Ram 1500), both of which have turned up with what I consider shoddy mechanical workmanship. Wish I had stuck with Ford.... More
We were surprised to discover just how nice the Jeeps handle. I've been driving a Ford Escape for the last ten years - which I absolutly loved. The Jeep Patriot far surpassed the Escape. the Jeep is m handle. I've been driving a Ford Escape for the last ten years - which I absolutly loved. The Jeep Patriot far surpassed the Escape. the Jeep is more comfortable & manovers like a snake. I love driving it every chance I get. Chuck was great. He didn't try any sneaky tricks and he wasn't high pressure. I'd buy another car from him. Keep him around. I'm probably going to need another new car in about 10 years. More
Our excellent review has been retracted for reasons that I will not share online, but that I am sure the dealership is fully aware of. The dealership was not able to continue the excellent treatment that we received during our initial sales purchase. I am told that our sales associate in no longer employed at this dealership. My husband and I both received very, very poor treatment during our numerous visits after the initial review was posted. I then asked that our review be removed since we could no longer highly recommend this dealership for either sales or service. It is unfortunate that the customer service and workmanship of this dealership is so bad. We also didn't appreciate the name calling and gossip that was directed at us and shared about our situation.
