Easy and helpful I took my truck in to have it checked out and thought I knew what was needed. Cody Breaux was able to find 3 additional recalls that needed to be fix I took my truck in to have it checked out and thought I knew what was needed. Cody Breaux was able to find 3 additional recalls that needed to be fixed. He also called after the team diagnosed what was actually needed and helped me determine what repairs were essential and what could be postponed temporarily. The sales depar Here are a few points that I have experienced and why I would recommend this place to someone but gave only two stars as the rating. The sales department: the guy I worked with was great. I was very specific about the things I wanted for my truck, price range, monthly payments and down payment. The sales guys took all of my information after looking over the lot and didn't see what I wanted. Two weeks later he got in touch with me to see if I bought a truck yet, I hadn't and he gave me pictures of a truck that had just come into their lot. He figured he found the truck I was looking for, and I did end up buying it. The service department: I had previously been to this service department, for one issue, five times and had a very bad experience every time I had to go in. I swore to never buy another vehicle from them, until I got my truck. The first issue I had was with my black window opening and closing. There was a popping noise and then clicking followed by the window being very slow to finish opening or closing. I brought it in, with a scheduled appointment and after having the truck for a day they had to order parts. The first service guy I worked with was very persistent on me writing a good review for him, more so then making sure my truck was good and parts needed were on time as I was told. A few weeks went by and I had to call for a follow up on when the parts were going to be in after being told it would take a week. Finally then next day they came in and I scheduled to have my truck back in. I told him the days I could not come in and we scheduled it for a Monday, it was Wednesday of the previous week. On Friday I received a phone call asking if I forgot about my appointment. I was pretty annoyed leading up to this point and had to verify that my scheduled appointment was actually scheduled and to ensure my name was on the paperwork for a rental car since I needed to get to work and get around. I get in on Monday, name is not on the paperwork for a vehicle, they had one car left and it felt almost like a hassle or inconvenience that I was getting it. Truck was in all day again and the result was it was "fixed." A day later I opened the window and it was still doing the same stuff. Went through the same process and dealt with a different service guy this time around. Brought in the truck, all day process, hassle getting a vehicle since my name wasn't on the paperwork for one and ended up needing parts ordered again. Parts came in, scheduled an appointment, name was set for a vehicle this time, all day in the shop and the result was, "the previous scheduled appointment the day prior took too long and they weren't able to get to my truck." I was going to get the truck but they went to "verify a few things" and then came back to tell me my truck was taken a part still and the service guy went home until Monday! To top it off, my service guy come Monday had the day off. I had to call around noon for a follow up on my truck status. The only thing I can say that was courteous about the end of this was the manager having my truck washed when I picked it up. I honestly would never come back to this place after everything I have had to deal with. I would go out of my way then deal with service like this again for anything. More
