I understand the service rep is doing his best. I get it. But I don't know what it is about this service department but not only do they take weeks to months to work on your vehicle like we dont ne I get it. But I don't know what it is about this service department but not only do they take weeks to months to work on your vehicle like we dont need the dang rig, and they don't offer rentals, but they seem to return your vehicle with the same problems it was having prior to bringing in and then some. For whatever reason, we have had more issues since the first major service with our 17 Diesel than I have ever had with any other vehicle I have ever owned from other dealerships. To put bluntly- I don't trust this service department even remotely. They never took care of several things that were under warranty, they charge you an insane amount to which we have paid them THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars and always something booty with the truck upon return. Last year our truck was in their shop for FOUR MONTHS. Four. Frikn. Months and they return it only to find they didn't do the other services my other half told them need done. It's asinine. Our renter had her jeep at their service department for SEVEN months and they offer NOTHING to you while they keep your vehicle directed. They NEVER have the parts for any vehicle it sounds like on site they're always having to order from MOPAR which is always on back order. Knowing this how are they not taking more initiative to have better stock of things sent up via barge? It's poor planning, poor communication, poor service over all and they have a tendency to talk down to females like we don't know a thing about mechanics and I listen to others talk to women while I'm in there and frankly, I can tell you they xx a lot of women... and men for that matter. A friend of mine who, like me, is no stranger to diesel mechanics had also had a similar interaction, to which we discuss and laugh about over coffee. If I had a bay and all the specialty tools best believe I'd crank out the work myself. Unfortunately I'm stuck with having to drop it off but looking back in hindsight- all the money we have dumped into this business only to keep bringing it back because they never execute the tasks in full and it ALWAYS seems to have more problems upon return, I honestly could own all the specialty tools and maybe even a proper lift. That's infuriating to think about. Ultimately- I'll never go with another Dodge when we get another vehicle for the simple fact that this service department is lacking big time and clearly parts are hard to come by for them. Save yourselves the trouble and take your vehicle elsewhere if you can, or just don't go Dodge. Sad to say. Always have been a fan but now I'm done. More

Horrible customer service and waste your time. Don't bother setting up and using the online schedule system to setup service appointment, they never honor it. Never use them again, twice they pulled that nonsense. Waste of time and not even a sorry from these guys for wasting my time twice. More

I had to give them a 1 to write this otherwise it would be a negative. My check engine light came on in July, they ordered a part it didn't come in until October. I understand not being able to get a part, but they didn't communicate with me. Every time I received an update I called the service center. After installing the part in October, two days later the check engine light came on again. I got an appointment from the advisor who later asked the rental clerk to cancel it for me. After getting the appointment, and turning over my car, they never answered the phone and would not give me updates. My husband had to go stand in JUSTIN GREENS face to find out what was wrong with my car. The next guy up said the lack of communication was due to lack of parts...are the parts hooked to the advisors mouths. Why can't they call or text or email, "your part is not in, checking for update" and then actually give the update. You see you can only use the lack of manufacture parts for so much. The BBB, this site and I am sure others all say the same thing, your customer service is terrible, the communication is nonexistent, and your service people would rather lie then do their job. The problem of lack of communication from their service department is going to catch up with Anchorage Chrysler Jeep and when it does it is going to effect your bottom line, maybe then someone other than the service managers and advisors (part of the problem) will deal with it. More

Called to get an oil change, they said come in. Everything will be smooth and easy, 1 Hr - 1:30 max. Got there, they gave me a slip to wait. Waiting hour and 15 minutes. For them to say I haven’t yet checked in, they needed to verify if they have filters for the eco diesel, then came back and was told they do not have the oil needed to do the oil change. Bought brand new truck, 2 months later it had issues. Brought it in for warranty repair, was told about 3 weeks before any appointment avail. So 2 month old truck and I was on foot already. Dealer had no rentals or loaners available till later when my sales rep called and said he found a mini van. After 5 days of loaner I would have been required to pay 35 a day after even though it was not my fault. Went online to scheduler to see if any other service reps had earlier appointment, was able to make appointment with Aaron 10 days earlier. Go to appointment and he states that he cannot get my vehicle in because they are busy....... my vehicle is still not ready and I am now without rental after buying a new truck..... More
