The service advisors really do care about their customers. When making the appointment the service advisor asked what type of service I would be needing. I dealt with at least three other Subaru dealerships prior to my selecting Anchor Subaru for service. None of the others were able to resolve a major oil leak issue. Anchor Subaru found the problem and solved it within two visits. Since then Anchor has been the ONLY dealership that I will deal with. I have consistently been impressed by the quality of service with each and every visit. I have even brought a friend of mine who owns a Subaru to Anchor. She was also very pleased with the quality of service. Based on the above I would not hesitate recommending Anchor Subaru to all my friends.
