I've owned my Forester for 4 years .I had my service done there and have been very happy with the service department. Last week my check engine light came on. I brought it to the dealership to have it checked around 4:30pm . I told Jack in Service that I had to pick my son and granddaughter up at the airport at 6:30pm I was a little stressed at this point. Jack got my car looked at, diagnosed the problem and had me out the door in a rental by 5:30pm . I was amazed at the quickness with which he solved my problem. Also a thank you to Mike the service manager. They will now by forever dealership from now on. More

To say buying a new car is not my favorite thing to do would be an understatement. In the past, car-buying has always been stressful and confusing for me. The salesman always had the advantage, he knows h would be an understatement. In the past, car-buying has always been stressful and confusing for me. The salesman always had the advantage, he knows how the numbers work. My first contact with Anchor Subaru was through email. I knew which car I wanted and requested they submit their best and final out the door price. I also selected cars from two other Subaru dealers and made the same request to them. Anchor was the only one who submitted a definitive, fair, and reasonable offer without haggle about financing, trade-in, test drive, or visiting the showroom. At this point I decided to buy from Anchor (even though they are 50 miles from my home) and was assigned a salesman, Damian Carvalho. Damian turned out to be my guiding light. He showed the utmost respect for an elderly woman (80) and ‘held my hand’ throughout the entire process. I received an acceptable price for my 12 year old trade-in and the deal was finalized. I highly recommend doing business with Anchor Subaru. The facility is the best dealership I’ve ever seen, the staff are very knowledgeable and professional, and I wasn’t pressured into making a deal I would regret. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Go Anchor! More
After 2 car purchases and a decade of service, had an embarrassing exchange with their rental guy. After repairs cost a thousand (or a third) more than communicated, while being explained why this was co embarrassing exchange with their rental guy. After repairs cost a thousand (or a third) more than communicated, while being explained why this was completed without my acknowledgement, this employee interrupts to condescendingly ask to me to go back and fill the rest of the tank to full. I had to leave without finishing the "why is it $1000 more" conversation and drive the car to the nearest gas station even though I had filled up on the way there. I was told that the tank was 1/4 empty but snapped a picture of it showing it full. The gas I was able to add until the nozzle wouldn't fill any higher was less that $3. I played call-back tag with manager Anthony for about a month and now I have simply decided to go with a different dealership. Over $3 but really, its embarrassing for a dealership to even have rental car guy disturb customers while they are consulting about work provided. I was treated like a thief and charged $1000 more than I acknowledged. More
