I came in with a set budget and I do not like to haggle back and forth needlessly. I found Shar and the dealership in general respected my approach and we were able to agree fairly quickly. I did have one mechanical reservation about the car I wanted to purchase and they addressed the issue, let me drive the car again and even allowed a specific 30 day warantee on the item in question which gave me the confidence to buy the car. However, this is one of the reviews where I HAD to give the dealer a good review, but at the end of the sales cycle had a terrible experience. I wanted to make sure Derek was properly rewarded for his sales conduct. Victor was awesome at service and answered all my questions. The one blemish on Anchor Nissan was one of the Sales Managers. The night before I agreed to a deal with Derek he went on an idiotic rant that almost lost the deal for the dealership. Derek's service was the only reason I purchased. If Derek and Victor leave, i'll never recommend or deal with Anchor Nissan again. More

Overall pleased with the Subaru I got. They found the exact car, color, style I wanted. Lease price was a little higher than I thought consider I have a more upscale Subaru from a different dealership paying nearly the same with less down payment. Like I said felt no room to negotiate considering I asked for a specific model that they did not carry in the dealership! More
