Having dealt with Anchor Subaru before, Anchor Nissan was a similar excellent experience. The best part of our experience was our Sales Rep Adam Park. To be honest, when we walked in it seemed as though no a similar excellent experience. The best part of our experience was our Sales Rep Adam Park. To be honest, when we walked in it seemed as though nobody there was interested in our business but Adam immediately came over to ask us how he could help. He spent almost four hours with us showing us any and all vehicles we wanted to see and test drive both new and used. He was very knowledgeable about each and every vehicle and was willing to answer any and all questions. He was very personable, very honest and was not pushy which is very important to us. After the sale was done he worked as hard as he could to get everything processed, get the car ready for us and because of a minor glitch in registering the vehicle he arranged to get us free all-weather mats. I'm not sure we got the best deal we could have but the process is a negotiation and I don't feel we negotiated as much as we could. All in all it was a great experience, we bought a great new car and I would recommend Anchor to anyone. More
