He listened to exactly what we wanted and didn't try to "upsell" us. He explained the pro's and con's on the vehicles that we were interested in and wasn't pushy at all. The best of the best I've been going to Anchor Nissan for the better part of 3 years to service a Nissan that I bought at another dealer. Recently i was in a car accident I've been going to Anchor Nissan for the better part of 3 years to service a Nissan that I bought at another dealer. Recently i was in a car accident where my car got totaled and so I had to begin the process of looking for a replacement vehicle. I went to Anchor Nissan, since that was where i had been going to get my previous vehicle serviced and I was friendly with the staff there. I cannot say enough good things about how catering and helpful the staff there was. I was paired with Joe Burke, who took the time to really understand what it was I was looking for and how we could fit that into a comfortable price range for me. Joe, along with Tim, Derek, and Andy made the process so simple and streamlined that I was in my new vehicle within a few days of my initial visit. The best part is that throughout the entire process I never felt rushed or pushed in any direction; they gave me options, I explored them, and picked the vehicle I wanted not one that someone else chose for me. I was able to meet with Brandon, the same day (a Saturday) test drive the vehicle decide to buy it, and financing got me approved the same day and I had my new second car by Monday, just in time for the blizzard.
