Had new tires put on in October 2022. Just about a year and 22k miles later I needed new tires. No explanation from anchor other than I missed a rotation so it was my fault that I didn’t Just about a year and 22k miles later I needed new tires. No explanation from anchor other than I missed a rotation so it was my fault that I didn’t get the expected 50k from these tires. They offered me $20 off new tires. Got a second and third opinion and both corroborated that my tires were worn evenly so no issues with rotation or alignment. There was an unexpected amount of dry rot noted though. I would have hoped for better customer service from anchor. In addition, Anchor quoted me $1700 to replace a strut and links. Second opinion said strut didn’t need to be replaced and fixed link for $400. My advice is don’t have work done here unless the car is under warranty. Or at least get a second opinion. More
This dealer was very friendly and understanding about my problem. After getting an oil change about a week ago, I noticed a rattling noise seeming to come from under the hood on the passenger side of the ca problem. The service man brought me into the service garage and said all the things under the hood were secure. I told him there was a plastic container on the left side of the engine that I could easily move back and forth with my hand. The noise it made moving this was exactly the sound my wife and I heard when traveling around 65 m.p.h. He said this container needs some leeway to move a little bit. So I went back to the waiting room and waited. When my car was ready, I checked under the hood and could not move this plastic container much at all. More

Work was competed on my recall, But if infact they did a 16(?) point inpection like the receptionist mentioned, I should have received an Inspection Report when the work was completed on the vehicle, which 16(?) point inpection like the receptionist mentioned, I should have received an Inspection Report when the work was completed on the vehicle, which at checkout I did not receive. I got my Nissan Rogue from Anchor a year ago and during all this time whenever I needed their help, assistance, advice, service, etc. they have been there for me!
