I have to say the the service department is frustrating. I dropped off my car Saturday morning and they gave me the option to wait in the facility for my vehicle but I decided to do errands instead with my I dropped off my car Saturday morning and they gave me the option to wait in the facility for my vehicle but I decided to do errands instead with my fiancee. It has now been 2 days later and I have not heard a thing from them. If i chosen to stay at the facility, it would have been pointless. I called Sunday to find our the department is closed and even the lady on the phone told me that the service department only provides updates when it is ready. I found that so unprofessional because it has left me with no car, canceled plans, and having to reschedule my entire work day because they still don't respond to my multiple text messages requesting an update. And I get companies get busy but if you are not going to return a car the same day, notify the owner instead of leaving them in the dark for days! More
On March 25th 2024 I went in to see what was going on with my vehicle cuz since the dad bought it I've been having problems with the battery and even on their paperwork shows that they checked the batter with my vehicle cuz since the dad bought it I've been having problems with the battery and even on their paperwork shows that they checked the battery before sales and said it was great and then 30 days after I bought the car no battery good so I had to go to AutoZone to buy a new one. So on March 25th 2024 I came in to see about my battery. What was going on and all it needed was to be bolted down. It was still good and still under factory warranty at AutoZone and they told me AutoZone sold me the wrong battery and that I had to buy a factory battery which was completely a lie. They just wanted my money. I don't know if because I'm a girl. I don't know anything about cars I don't know but they showed me a video how loose it was all this stuff about how AutoZone sold me a wrong battery. But in reality all they wanted was commission off the sales. It's all about money money. No customer service. I should have stayed at Ontario Hyundai but they had a good deal sometimes. Good deals are too good to be true. Stay far away from this place. Trust me it's not worth it More
ZERO STARS - the very worst experience I have ever had. New engine repair was 3 months, was told I would have a new engine not a refurbished one, service manager would not even let me test drive the car w New engine repair was 3 months, was told I would have a new engine not a refurbished one, service manager would not even let me test drive the car with the tech because the engine didn't sound right. I was told if I didn't take the car I would be charged $250/day for storage, if I paid for a rental it was full price, and I was forced to take my car even though it was not running properly. They didn't install the skid plate it was in the back of my car, big grease mark on the back seat, FILTHY - 3 mos of baked on dirt, water in the cooling system and it was low, tires were low (1 was at 25), the engine was clicking, very limited power when I tried to accelerate. Very poor service from the 2 service reps and 2 different Service Managers. More

The car buying experience with Q was great! My first service today was “awful”. I came in at 12:30, Angela told me the car will be ready by 2:30, but it wasn’t. When the service was done, Angela came to me and said “did you see my text?” I said “no”, and she said “you’re car is ready”. No apologies whatsoever that it took them more than 2 hours to do the first service on my new car. She then said “sign here and wait because they need to wash your car”. But I looked outside, my car was already sitting on the parking lot. When I finally got my car, my seat was so hot which makes me think my car was probably on the parking lot for quite some time now. I wonder if someone just forgot to check on my car. Anyway. I finally got out there close to 3pm. This was a very bad experience considering it’s my first. Pretty traumatic!!! More
I want to retract and apologize for my previous review, as Hardin Buick was not properly informed of my car issues by the seller that sold it to me. I brought my car in for a recall repair. I then got a quote for over $3100 of repairs they said I needed! I had a bad feeling about it, and took my car to our mechanic, turns out I only need I then got a quote for over $3100 of repairs they said I needed! I had a bad feeling about it, and took my car to our mechanic, turns out I only needed front break pads! That’s is it!!!! This place is a scam and dishonest!! The only reason I came here was for the recall, do not trust this place! More
This dealership gives absolutely horrible customer service. The salesmen are okay (I guess because they want your money) but after they get your money, all courtesy ends. I bought my car from them online and when I took it in for the first scheduled service they charged me for things that the car didn’t need and I was told when I bought the car that I would get free service for the first few years of my car’s life. Additionally, they are difficult to reach for service scheduling. Buy your car from another dealership and don’t go to this dealer for service. More
This location is horrible and very racist. They put dirty oil in my car and say is is a company blend and their was a recall on the engine and they say the put in a new one and the did not, the put in a rebu oil in my car and say is is a company blend and their was a recall on the engine and they say the put in a new one and the did not, the put in a rebuilt on causing more problems to my vehicle so they can try to over charge me. I take very good of my vehicle but after letting them service my car the last 2 times it is all messed up and I got the car from that dealership. I would not recommend this place to any family and friends but I will tell my enemies. More
