Positive Experience Working with Hans Ham, Sales Rep, was very pleasant. We spent several hours at the dealership, which was longer than I expected, but that was because Working with Hans Ham, Sales Rep, was very pleasant. We spent several hours at the dealership, which was longer than I expected, but that was because we could not decide on a specific car. Hans was very patient during this time and allowed us to go through the process of selecting a car, he never appeared frustrated or impatient if we asked to see a car multiple times. Hans provided us the information we requested in a very professional and friendly manner. Overall, our experience with Hardin Hyundai was positive.
