My Response: Logan, I appreciate the public acknowledgment — but your reply reads more like damage control than genuine accountability. Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a simple case of “unclear communication.” It was a pattern of misleading practices and a lack of transparency around vehicle add-ons, costs, and post-sale support. I gave the dealership every opportunity to address these issues privately. What I received instead were delays, evasions, and now, this generic response. If “experiences like mine” are how you recognize the importance of preparation and communication, then it raises serious questions about how many customers have had to deal with similar treatment — just more quietly. I’ve already provided context, both here and directly. What’s missing is meaningful follow-through and a willingness to do the right thing. I’ll continue sharing this experience so that future customers know exactly what to look out for. People deserve better than polished responses and behind-the-scenes indifference. At no point did I behave disrespectfully — unless asking direct questions and refusing to accept evasive answers now qualifies as misconduct. Let’s be honest: the dealership failed to provide a solution, failed to follow through, and now corporate is backing that failure by inventing a reason to walk away. This isn’t customer service. It’s damage control — and poorly executed at that. To anyone considering doing business here: understand this is how they handle problems. Not with transparency. Not with professionalism. Public Demand for Refund I am publicly demanding the immediate return of the $695 that was wrongfully charged to me during my transaction with Anaheim Hyundai. This dealer was given multiple opportunities to resolve this through reasonable, private conversation. Instead, I was met with delays, blame-shifting, and a complete lack of accountability. Their behavior clearly supports their D- rating from the BBB. Let me be absolutely clear: this is not going away. I will continue to escalate and expose this until the funds are returned. This isn’t just about $695. It’s about transparency, integrity, and how this dealership chooses to treat its customers once the paperwork is signed. If Anaheim Hyundai wants to show it values its reputation and customers, there is only one appropriate next step: refund the $695 immediately.
